I’m Vicki, the founder of Vicki Admin Fairy, and I help small business owners across the UK bring order to chaos. I provide flexible, reliable admin support so that you can focus on what you do best – running and growing your business – while I take care of the rest.
With 20 years of experience at HMRC, I have a strong background in financial admin, compliance, and communication. I understand the pressures that come with running a business, and I work with clients in a variety of sectors including trades, fitness, coaching, therapy, and creative industries. I also support disabled and neurodivergent entrepreneurs and bring lived experience and flexibility to the table, ensuring my services are genuinely accessible and understanding.
Whether you need help managing your emails and online diary, getting quotes and invoices sent, keeping your website up to date, scheduling your social media posts, or all aspects of admin within your business. I’m here to make your life easier. I’m often brought in to handle the tasks that are draining your time or holding you back – the ones that get pushed down the to-do list but are essential to your business running smoothly.
I’m experienced in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and Canva – which I love using to create branded documents, eye-catching social media graphics, and marketing materials. I also enjoy learning new tools and have embraced AI to increase efficiency and offer even more value to my clients.
