Hi, I’m Nicola, and I support busy and often neurodivergent business owners who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or spinning too many plates. Whether you’re managing a growing to-do list or struggling to move a project forward, I step in as a mix of coach, consultant, accountability partner, and hands-on support — your very own business Swiss Army knife!
My role adapts to what you need — sometimes I’m helping you map out a strategy or launch a new offer, and other times I’m right there with you in the doing: organising the plan, streamlining the process, and making sure the wheels actually turn.
I genuinely enjoy working alongside people and getting stuck in. I’m at my best when sleeves are rolled up and there’s a shared goal to work towards — supporting you, keeping momentum going, and turning ideas into action.
